So I added a new app on my itouch MyFitnessPal and it does all your caloriesetc. and apparently with how much shit I ate yesterday..I was under the calories I am too be at, EVEN with like the damn chocolate the Mr. brought me for valentines..damn anyway.
Today I started out with the Skinny Green Machine Smoothie:
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup mixed berries
1 cup of soy almond milk
1 vanilla greek yogurt
Blended, and if calculating is right I had 8 oz for breakfast so it was about 250 calories and also my grounded coffeeeee…so as long as I am not binging and going over my calories a day I think we are good!! :D Hopefully I can look good for the Islands when we go in April…
Oh and the gym was also in the equation yesterday! So tonight I am taking a different bus to drop me off near the gym after work..YEAAAYYYY BOOOIIII….
I am pumped..I just dont want to look disgusting..thats all.
so i lost weight and my dress was a size 6 it was absolutely amazing….
after the wedding day..I gained back almost all my weight…I still am a size 8..ish…but COME ON!!! now I really need to find motivation to get back to losing the weight again. I moved also from Utah to Washington…big changes..Id like to be decent for my 25th in May..so lets do it!
